Diana MUTONI is the Communication and Public Relations Manager. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communication from the College of Business and Economics of the University of Rwanda. Prior joining the Institution of Engineers Rwanda (IER). She worked for The Newtimes Rwanda as Marketing and Sales Specialist.

Gaudence INGABIRE is the Acting Registration Records and Certification Officer. She has a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts from the former National University of Rwanda. She has been working with the Institution of Engineers Rwanda for the last 8 years.

Viviane SAGWINEZA is the Archives and Digitalization Officer. She has Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering. She has been working with the Institution of Engineers Rwanda for the last 3 years.

Lucky NDAYISABA is the Finance and Administration Manager for the Institution. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting. He has Certified Accounting Technician (CAT), currently He is Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior joining the IER, he worked as Finance and Administration Officer of Ngoma District.

George RUCINYA is the Data Reconciliation Officer for the Institution of Engineers Rwanda. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology acquired from IPRC Kicukiro.

Eng. Lydie Uwantege is the Operations Manager of the Institution of Engineers Rwanda. She is a licensed Civil Engineer with 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects. Her expertise includes feasibility studies, detailed design, budgeting, permitting, procurement, construction management, and commissioning major public works such as hydroelectric dams, water supply projects, and roads. She also has extensive knowledge in construction and contract management and public procurement of construction projects.

She graduated from KIST, now the University of Rwanda College of Science and Technology in Civil Water and Environmental Engineering. Lydie holds a Diploma in Contract Management specializing in FIDIC Contracts from the College of Contract Management in the UK. She is currently pursuing an EMBA at Quantic School of Business & Technology (USA)

Eng. Lydie is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and serves on the Governing Engineers Council (GEC). Lydie has served in different Impact Organisations such as Engineers Without Borders USA and UK, and the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Shapers in different capacities ranging from; Professional Mentor, Technical Paper Reviewer, and Impact Officer.
